I am a small woman and for me it works best without the extra weights but they are a good option. I find the opening, for when I put it over my head, to be a bit small and I think a larger person would struggle with this.

Il giubbotto andrebbe bene se non fosse per il fortissimo odore che emana e che si attacca anche ai vestiti. È un odore nauseabondo di petrolio. Sinceramente non so se riuscirò ad usarlo. Sto valutando la restituzione

Giubbotto comodo, non da fastidio durante gli esercizi ma soprattutto non “scappa” via durante la corsa(certo non a ritmi elevatissimi)!

Lo uso per andare a camminare. Peso 52 kg al momento lo uso senza l'aggiunta dei pesi perché pesa 5kg.

My previous weighted vest died courtesy of the strap coming away from the main body of the vest. This was likely due to the relatively lightweight the strap was stitched in and the fact the straps needed constant tightening during a rigorous run.There's no such concerns with this vest. It has multiple pockets allowing you to swap in and take out 0.7kg weights to get the desired settings. Everything feels tight and secure when in place, courtesy of the quality stitching and material.The vest goes over the head and there's plenty of space in the armpit area as the straps go across the waist, meaning you won't get chaffing across the ribs when running.I was really pleased with the straps. Once snapped in place, it's a case of drawing the straps forwards to tighten. The weights are evenly distributed so you won't feel the strain on the shoulders, front or back. More importantly, the vest stays nicely in place when running, with only movement up and down. This is great as I find the constant pounding of a vest when running both distracting as well as tiring.At £46.99 this is relatively pricey, but for this you get a secure, robust comfortable weighted vest. Caution only advised as they suggest handwash only.

Had the vest for a couple months now and been taking it on almost daily walks. It’s comfortable on long walks, straightforward to move in, and adjusts nicely (in size and weight). Sits a bit high and loose for high-impact exercise (I wouldn’t jog with it, I expect it’d be much less comfortable for that) but for walks it does great, and that’s what I wanted it for.
