Pratico e velodìce da pulire/lavare.Molto robusto in quanto per alcuni biscotti, dovendo pressare con uan certa forza, non fa una piega!

I've had similar products in the fact and this product works just as well. There are no instructions included with the package so you'll have to refer to the listing's images. That said, there is on aspect that is false in those instructions: you do NOT rotate the molds (you can't), you align the mold, insert it and then rotate the HANDLE to lock it in place.Now a lot of the plastic ends of this mooncake stamp isn't finished well so you might find some sharp corners... but doesn't affect usability very much, just not very comfortable to the touch. At least the molds' faces are well finished and result in great patterns!

I never made mooncakes before, but I have always had an interest. The mooncake mold comes ready to use with a plate already attached. You just put the mooncake in there then squeeze it down with the mold. It works really easily. I overfilled mine so my custard ran out from some of them. Otherwise, they turned out fine. The making of the mooncakes was what was mostly labor intensive but the molds made it fun and I really enjoyed that part. I think its something to do for special occasions but worth the experience.I fumbled a bit changing the plates half way through but somehow managed to get it to work. Not really sure how but it does work so I can't really complain.
