They are supposedly one size fits all but without any adjustments or straps, they are far too big. I am 5 foot 9, and weigh 70kg. So if u are this or smaller, I wouldn't recommend these. They fit better as knee pads.

nice fit and feel and quality but slides down your arm and doesn't do anything then, works when its where it should be
