I have been coaching high school and club volleyball for 25 years. If you have $3,000 and room to store it, get an Accuspike team trainer system, which in my opinion is the best tool available to help players work on and learn perfect hitting technique. But if you're like most teams/coaches and have a limited budget and storage space, this is a small and handy tool to accomplish the same objective (providing a ball in exactly the right location so hitters can practice their approach and arm swing mechanics without worrying about timing). It's light weight and easy to hold for coaches or other players. The pole consists of 3 sections, is very sturdy with solid connections so now worries on durability. It is very easy to extend the pole with two easy to use levers to release or clamp down the pole to the desired length. The included self-adhesive tape is a nice touch to minmize the wear on the pool noodle foam material that covers the "hook" (after several hundred hits, my other one has worn down where the ball is gripped by the hook). Highly recommend having two (or more) of these available so you can have at least two hitting lines for players to get more touches.

Récemment, j’ai testé le grand crochet en point d’interrogation durable de la compagnie SOEZmm. Le produit est fait de matériaux de bonne qualité et il semble assez résistant.Il est bien conçu et facile à utiliser, il ne suffit que de fixer la tête aux poteaux d’extension et grâce à deux clips d’ajustement, on peut régler facilement la longueur du bâton. Le produit vient avec 4 paquets de bandelettes agrippantes que l’on peut fixer aux endroits de contacts du ballon de volley-ball sur la tête du produit pour ainsi protéger le styromousse et éviter ainsi qu’il se détruisent en morceaux. Ces 4 rouleaux de bandelette agrippantes devraient permettre d’utiliser ce bâton pendant une longue période de temps sans avoir acheter ce type de bandeletteLe ballon de volley-ball tient bien lorsque fixé à la tête. La vis de fixation entre la tête et le poteau aurait pu être en métal au lieu du plastique pour une plus longue durabilité, mais semble quand même assez solide. C’est un excellent produit pour apprendre à faire des lancers frappés, faire des blocages et à pratiquer plusieurs tactiques d’attaque et de défense au volleyball. C’est un bon produit et je vous le recommande.
