It works great for soccer but it won’t fit most adult feet. I wear a women’s 8 and it barely fits, so unless you wear a 8 or under I do not recommend. But for the small-feeted people of the world they will work amazing.

I'd ordered a pair last year but gave each one away when friends had various ankle conditions. Well, guess who sprained her ankle? Me. Lesson learned to keep at least one of these lovelies! (They come as a pair.)

I had no clue that this came with TWO guards. Score! I wear this on my recently sprained ankle when riding enduro/MTBs. While not the strongest padding (it is soft, not firm/plastic), it adds much needed padding around the ball of your ankle. Happy to say that I have not had any impacts wearing it the past 6 months, but it adds peace of mind and moderate compression support when on the mountain.
