Well, when they named it "laptop bag," that was true. Because that's all it will hold...as long as it's a very small laptop or tablet. It's made of a material that feels like neoprene, but the nearly unreadable tag inside says it's made of polyester. This will indeed keep your laptop dry since the fabric is not the least bit permeable. But the size is more like a laptop sleeve, and nothing but a laptop will fit. Not a mouse, not a notebook, not accessories of any kind--just a laptop. I just can't seem to get past how generic it is. I would never pay $95 (the price at the time of this review) for this "bag." I believe that the models in the photos with the bag on their shoulder, especially the young man in the blue parka, are holding bags that are different styles from this one because the scale is way off. This bag is TINY.

Since this bag is waterproof, the front side zipper has the additional flap to keep everything dry. Inside, the bag is padded to protect your expensive electronics.FYI: It's a thin bag, but still holds a lot of essentials. A small laptop and everything you need for work or the coffee shop will slip right inside. You won't be able to overstuff this one, but that's not the point.
