Inizialmente titubante sulla taglia da scegliere (se 12 o 20 lbs), ho optato alla fine per 12 libbre (5,4 kg).Il prodotto è esattamente come da descrizione, ottima qualità e vestibilità.Sono alto 172x70 kg e la taglia da 5,4 kg è perfetta per i miei allenamenti su tapis roulant, per lunghe camminate in salita, simulando una camminata in montagna con uno zaino sulle spalle.Pienamente soddisfatto del mio acquisto.

I purchased the 12lb vest. I’m in my 60’s, 5’ 4”and 135lbs. This is a perfect addition to my gear collection for living well and sustaining a healthy level of fitness. It encourages posture and an attention to body awareness while adding weight that is hopefully improving bone density. I do not currently have any issues with bone health and only wish I bought the vest 10 years ago. Too bad doctors don’t have more of an interest in helping female patients address aging without pharmaceuticals. If they did, they’d be telling 30-40yr olds to strap this on. It’s comfy, sturdy and so far, withstanding of me hauling it around, tossing it down and putting it in and off for a year. Can’t go wrong unless you don’t try this now!

Davvero un ottimo prodotto per materiali e vestibilità. Lo uso mentre corro, anche sedute di 15 km, comodo e pratico, non si muove e non crea sbilanciamento. Si indossa facilmente, riesco a toglierlo anche mentre corro. Occhio alla misura. Per un adulto alto 1.85 e sui 85 kg va bene, oltre potrebbe risultare piccolo

Bello comodo e fatto bene! Io ho preso 6 kg giusto per dare quel qualcosa in più ai miei allenamenti che sono tutti a corpo libero e mi trovo benissimo
