We used a branch from a tree for a handle.Seasoned nicely, watch YouTube videos on how to season properly.We use this pan to cook over a direct open fire and it’s amazing!

This being the larger version I have only used it indoors on an induction hob so far.On a higher heat it does warp a bit but flattens out when cool, not totally flat though.I bought it as a lighter alternative to my cast iron pan, it fries stuff well, I do wish the sides were a little higher though.On the hob the wooden handle hasn't been needed so far (I took it off to season the pan at 250degC in the oven on day one, never put back)

Diamètre interne de 25cm interne (surface utile) et 28,5cm externe. Comme déjà signalé, une recoupe des 2 angles de la base de la poignée sont à recouper pour ne pas endommager le sac à dos ou sacoche moto. Poignée bois amovible pour faciliter le rangement en sac. Culottage indispensable pour réduire l’accroche. Voir méthode sur internet
