I am 5’6 165lbs and I got a small. I have thighs and booty so these leggings flatter your natural shape. I love how slimming they make my body look. Absolutely LOVE!!! My only complaint is that the it doesn’t stay up very well, it tends to roll down if you have to bend. Maybe not great for working out but great if you want to lounge around or run errands.

The material is great I got a medium because some reviews stated they are a certain weight and getting smaller sizes but I should have gotten a large. They still fit but a little tight for comfort. I’m 5’3 and weigh 165. I’m hoping with time I’ll lose weight for them to be perfect.

Love this combo set. Super comfy and they are squat proof. I do a lot of heavy lifting and this are so Comfortable to workout on.
