La Péritel sont des signaux vidéos autour des 15Khz le VGA à partir de 30Khz.Mais il existe des écran qui supporte cette plage de fréquence (mais rare)Coté câblage j'y comprends rien. j'avais déjà un cable de ce type que j'ai été obligé de corrigé pour un FPGA MSX.Tout ça pour dire qu'il faut acheté ce type de cable en connaissance de cause n'imaginez pas branchez une sortie VGA sur un TV il y a de grande chance que ça ne fonctionne pas.

Cable is wired completely wrong, not a single pins was in the correct spot and there are many pins missing.VGA to scart needs R/G/B with associated grounding pins, GND, 1.8+V on pin 16, and csync (hsync+vsync). my cable only had wires for R,G,B,GND, hsync, vsync, no grounding for the color channels or vblank signal, and all of them wired incorrectly. will be using the scart plug to make my own, but complete garbage product.the vga end is even encased in glue so you can't solder to it.

Ist für PC(vga) zu CRT (scart) nicht zu gebrauchen. Kann man nicht empfehlen.
