Gaggia IMO been in the top reputable echelon in Coffee makers and this has been my first one , after wearing out/ others giving up on my other machines .Takes a little getting use to (probably my age) but once in the swing works wonders and have been impressed with both Expresso and Cappuccino.If your a Expresso person , then close your eyes and you can almost believe your in Naples or Sorrento, it very impressive

Per niente contento stesso problema delle altre recensioni caffe freddo e acquoso ho restituito la macchina e per farmi restituire i soldi ho dovuto far intervenire amazon che si è fatto carico della cosa e in poco tempo ho avuto indietro la cifra pagata

Non male ma ha un enorme difetto. Le luci dei pulsanti sono poco luminose e specie di giorno non si vedono bene. Pazzesco!

I was a little concerned when I opened the box that the machine has a very plastic build but it all feels solid and hopefully the quality parts are on the inside of the machine.The portafilter initially feels substantial but that too is 90% plastic and there is a heavy weight in the handle which gives the impression of solidity.As far as I know the only difference between models is a metal drip tray cover and a metal cup holder in the top. This adds c£20 to the price and looks smart but I think the machine still looks smart in standard trim.The machine is very simple to use & quiet . The steam wand is very quick and powerful. It's easy to clean after use.My only negative is that the backlit control buttons are rather dimly lit making them difficult to see in bright light.I hope the machine lasts a reasonable amount of time. Gaggia only make coffee machines so they should be able to design it well.I think it represents good value.A slightly annoying issue is that the basket in the portafilter isn't held in place very well. When one tries to knock out the coffee grounds the basket immediately falls out. You then have to remove the grounds by hand which is messy.

I tried this after lackluster experience with Bambino. Two for a pair. I liked the name and price. 5 months in daily use. Plastic build and light. Interesting prtafilter set up, have fun retrieving inner basket when you empty the grinds, recommend a splash screen insert. Milk frother very good when used without plastic sleeve best thing about this machine for me.There are better machines to start with on your coffee journey and they are a bit more expensive too but overall worthwhile.

Non si inserisce il braccio con filtro da una tazza predisposta all’utilizza cialde. Invece perfettamente inserito braccio con filtro due tazze predisposto all’utilizzo cialde.
