Der Reifen war ganz einfach zusammenzubauen und hat eine super Qualität. Am Anfang tut es etwas weh ihn zu benutzen aber wenn man sich an die Wölbungen gewöhnt hat ist es echt super damit zu Hause zu trainieren.

This was not for me. At all. The “bumpy” inner “massage” thing of the ring is quite hard and painful. Maybe I’m just too skinny or something, but it was just painful. You do get what you see tho, and I think others might enjoy it. Just not for me, and I’ll look into the possibility of returning it. Or gift it to someone else. Hope others enjoy!
