I’ve got to say I’m a little disappointed in this thing. I bought it because it was supposed to be durable, but it started fraying at the zipper seams, it ripped easily from the dog scratching the bed to get comfortable, and inevitably had to throw it away.Maybe if you have dogs that aren’t so .. weird? That don’t scratch and do circles for 5 minutes before getting comfortable. Maybe then you won’t have problems with rips.I’m not sure about the washability (as Amazon says). I think washing it aided in its demise.

The size was great, durability issues due to a bored puppy (so maybe not completely the fault of product). Material was rugged and water/stain resistant. Apparently it is also super tasty because my puppy really liked chewing on the corners and ripping off the zipper.

This is pretty sturdy for outdoor cushion. Covers my old cushion well. My advice is not to use the handle for lifting as the seams bearing the concentrated weight aren’t strong enough. For the price, worth it.

I got this to go with our furhaven dog bed after one of our puppies had an accident. Urine goes straight threw the insert. So while carrying the dog bed, pee got all over the place, We didn’t realize the insert wasn’t washable when we purchased so we cleaned it as well as possible in the tub. It took FOUR days to dry and despite hand washing we ended up with foam all over the place.. While waiting for the waterproof covers he had another accident. Again a massive pain to clean up. We’ll we were so excited to get the water proof cover. I actually added a waterproof blanket for an added layer of protection. He had an accident on the blanket and thankfully I was able to just pick up the blanket and wash it. Not a single drop off ended up on the waterproof cover or mattress. While we were washing the blanket, he vomited. It soaked straight through the “waterproof” cover and out the other end. The smallest amount of puppy vomit made such a big mess. How on earth do you return a soiled cover and mattress? So frustrated. At least I know the waterproof blanket works well. I will be be ordering a different brand for a dog bed and cover and will get more waterproof blankets. I was way easiyto ball up the blanket rather than having to unzip the cover and get pee or vomit everywhere. Absolutely waste of money. I’m sure this would be a fine option for fully potty trained dogs. But if urine goes straight though, I can’t imagine what else is being harbored in the foam. 🤢🤮
