My original review centred around a fault with the item I received, however the company's response was quick, friendly and helpful. They gave me a full refund and apologised, fantastic customer service. As a whole, despite my issue with one piece (hammock - which, the company said has now been improved and strengthened) the cat station is solid, well made and attractive. I would definitely recommend.

Great build quality for the price point, easily put together but sturdy enough for 20 pound cat to jump on and off. Size is big enough for plus size cat but small enough to fit in small space near window. The design is modern and looks good in the room. Really appreciate the removable washable cover. It is very fluffy and comfy for her but easy to remove and wash.

Sehr schön, leider nutzt die Katze diese nur als Kratzbaum. Draufgesessen ist sie noch nicht.

I was so impressed with this! More than I hoped for! Great quality material, stable and easy to assemble! Well made with good products and looks clean -not messy like the carpet ones! So happy with this choice - and he loves it right after it was pushed up against the wall he jumped up and checked it all out and that’s where he go and went to sleep! I had his other old one right beside this one he jumped to it sniffed around and then looked at both and jumped back to the new and rested back where he is in the picture!!
