I’m 6’2’’ 240# slightly athletic build, and these fit perfectly. Haven’t had a crash with them yet, but the feel well made and don’t move around.

Feels comfortable and safe from road rash or a broken for arm. They fit nice. Good value. Great to wear along with other armor on those hot days.
