Installed the driver, ticked the RS485 box, and the connection ALWAYS times out. Tried two totally different PC's. No joy. Thinking it could be my Epever tracer 2210AN, i bought the MT50 display, works absolutely fine. Therefore this cable is either damaged or faulty.Eitherway. No good to me.
