This is a gadget that basically pumps air through tubes and some filters at the end to create bubbles in a solution to make a fancy "foam" for dishes.It does what it sets out to do but for the price, I was expecting a little bit more to it.There's zero instructions, so make sure you read the Amazon listing and read up on the process of making foams in general.Also the unit itself is fairly straight forward, but not really for an English speaking market, has foreign markings, and you just kind of have to play with it and figure out how to use it, and what does what.Luckily, it is simple, so not a lot to go wrong, but for the price I thought it should be put together a little better with clear instructions and tips etc.If you already know how to use these and what it is all about, probably won't bother you.

This is an interesting little kitchen gadget. I decided to give it a try since I love to cook and it works really well. I am satisfied with the results it has provided so far. They didn't include much for directions so I did some research myself and found a few recipes online to give a try. Make sure you get Agar powder if you don't have any or at least a gelatin that is unflavored so you can make the foam creations with your food or beverages. Compared to others on the market I think this one is competitively priced and does exactly what the more expensive ones do too. If you like cooking and experimenting with different textures I would recommend trying it for yourself, You never know what you can come up with!
