Ich habe das Kissen wegen meiner Arthrose und baldig bevorstehender Schulter-OP geholt.Es ist sehr schnell mit eigener Lungenkraft auf die gewünschte Stärke aufgeblasen. Man kann sich zwar einer Pumpe bedienen (nicht enthalten) aber ich denke da ist der Aufwand viel größer als wenn man es selber schnell aufbläst.Auch wenn ich es noch nicht lange trage und mich auch erstmal an den richtigen Sitz gewöhnen muß empfinde ich es schon nach kurzer Zeit entspannend wenn ich das Kissen nutze.Leider ist die eingearbeitete "Handtasche" nur für die rechte Seite nutzbar. Mein Schulterproblem habe ich aber auf der linken Seite. Ich habe mir meine "Tasche" mit einem breiterem selbst gehäkeltem Stirnband selber gemacht. Hier könnte vom Hersteller gerne noch etwas nachgebessert werden.

This is a simple but effective concept for supporting shoulder injuries. All it needs is to be inflated, support straps adjusted, and placed under the affected shoulder. It's comfortable to wear practically anywhere, including in bed.What stops it from being 5 stars is that it's evident it was designed for only right arms in mind. There's a hand pocket that's only reachable on the outer side of the pillow, so only the right hand can be inside it. For the left arm, you have to turn the pillow, which places that hand pocket on the inner side and makes it unusable. This is an exclusionary design.Hopefully, the manufacturers spot this and release a new version with the hand pocket on both sides.

Hand "pocket" isn't reversible. It was made for a right arm, I needed it for left arm. Huge & bulky. GREAT concept; failed design.

I thought it could be used with either shoulder but it's only for the right.
