Honestly, I had my doubts. I watched the youtube video and ordered the part. Installed fine, worked right away. It saved a $300 machine, so was worth it.

Following a Youtube video I removed the broken paper pickup driver cam and replaced it with a new one. It fit perfectly and works well.

Delivery was several days late, which seems more and more common with Amazon products these days, and not just becuase of Christmas. I paid more for this than others available because I was misled about an earlier delivery time.

It does what it is designed to do but the implementation is not sturdy. I don't know if it (the tip with a hook) will break later or not. At least I know why the "No paper error message" and how to fix it down the road.

Wish I knew about this part before ordering new pickup roller kit, though I guess it won't hurt in the long term. Replacing this part is a big more involved than just rollers, but fairly easy if you have a screwdriver.For really good direction search Youtube for 'No Paper Message in MFC-7360,DCP-7055 Brother printers' and the video walks you through the process.
