I had a very busy trip planned to the DC area which required super comfy footwear but at the same time it had to be semi formal and that was my dilemma. So I opted for these Cole Haans that were excellent enough to visit the White House & The U.S. Capitol the same day. I was able to walk from my hotel to all these places without worrying about my flat feet becoming upset. If you're like me and live with plantar fasciitis then I'd absolutely recommend this style. Also the leather is supple, almost like butter like so no need to break them in. Put them on and go! I actually ordered my true size which is 10 but I ended up exchanging them for a 9.5 cause they felt loose but I was also wearing those thin Bamboo brand socks in the matching burgundy color so it looked really nice and elegant when I sat down and my socks partially showed. The soles are designed in a cushy rubber that allows you to either be in your feet or walk around for several hours without having tired feet at the end of the day.

I have high standards for shoes, and am pleased to say these are incredibly comfortable. The shoes are also modern and stylish. True to size. I am very pleased with the purchase.
