Viewed multiple videos where Pitmasters would talk about using this instead of foil so I thought I would give it a shot. Was not disappointed at all! Tried it for the first time on an 18lb brisket and it gave me such a better bark than I could ever get with foil.

Great product. Looked great as placemat on table or plate. Fabulous to wrap meat and finish smoking and resting product.Worth the price as there is more than one events use in the roll

While pricey, you can immediately see why. Solid thick paper, have used it for brisket and ribs and can say it works amazing!
