Bought this level 2 protector for my BMW Airflow 3 jacket; the original back pad was marginal.I replaced it years ago with a perforated D30 level 1 back insert, which was an improvement, but it was weighty and never vented very well. Night and day difference with the Alpinestars in comfort, airflow and much less weight hanging inside the jacket pouch. Plus, it's level 2 protection.
