Nach Montage der Wendeplatte hat sich die Mangelhafte Verarbeitung und Genauigkeit gezeigt. Die Wendeplatte steht über den Wekzeughalter daher gibt es keinen Freiwinkel. Kann mir der Verkaufer erklären wie man so Arbeiten soll.

Impeccable pour des pièces en laiton et mords plutôt bien des boulons en acier A2.Je n'ai pas eu besoin de lubrifiant, en avançant doucement (0,1mm / tour) et avec une vitesse inférieur à 200tr/minutes pour des pièces d'un diamètre inférieur à 4cm.L'outil pour dévisser la vis de maintient est un peu tordu, mais fonctionnel.Il y a dune dizaine de dents donc de quoi tenir un bon moment pour une utilisation de loisir.

El único inconveniente que diría es que es bastante difícil conseguir que la punta quede completamente plana sobre el soporte y me llevó varios intentos conseguirlo para poder apretarlo correctamente.Después de mirarlo con más detalle, puedo ver que el portaherramientas podría mecanizarse un poco más para permitir un mejor ajuste, pero lo he utilizado para mecanizar latón, cobre y aluminio y la punta funciona bien sin vibraciones, también funciona muy bien en madera, tanto dura como blanda.No puedo decir qué tan bien funcionarían en acero, ya que no torneo acero; funciona perfectamente en metales no ferrosos, pero son de fabricación china, así que imagino que funcionarían razonablemente bien en metales ferrosos ligeros, ya que he utilizado puntas chinas similares antes en otro torno.En general, estoy bastante contento con ellos, pero si hubiera tenido que pagar por ellos yo mismo, creo que habría devuelto esta unidad debido a este problema de que la punta queda plana la primera vez cada vez, lo que no sucede. The first was to use on my small, but very efficient micro lathe which I use for turning non ferrous metals and the second was to use on my woodworking lathe.They come with the usual safety case, the tips are in their own plastic box and it comes complete with the correct driver to remove the screw to replace the tip.The tool holder itself is just a normal unit but the tips themselves are actually quite high-quality. The only downside I would say is that it is quite difficult to get the tip to lay completely flat on the holder and it took me several attempts to get this to happen.so I could tighten it down properlyHaving looked at it in more detail I can see that the tool holder could do with machining a fraction more to allow for a better fit but I have used it to machine brass copper and aluminium and the tip works fine without any chatter, it also works very well on Wood both hardwood and soft.I cannot say how well they would work on steel as I do not turn steel , it works on non-ferrous metals perfectly but these are Chinese made, so I would imagine they would work reasonably well on light ferrous metal as well as I have used similar chinese tips before on another latheOverall, I'm fairly happy with them, but if I would have had to pay for these myself, I think I would've returned this unit because of this problem of the tip laying flat first time every time which it does not. You need to check under a glass to make sure it is flat and you should not have to do this.I have modified the tool holder and it now works fineApart from that minor issue whch might just be my supplied tool holder for the money they are a reasonable purchase.
