Questo kit contiene 80 MOSFET N-Channel e P-Channel delle serie AO34 in formato SOT23
Vengono forniti 10 MOSFET per ognuno degli 8 modelli, per un totale di 80 componenti.
Grazie alla loro bassa tensione di soglia, compresa tra i 0.3V e 2.5V, sono ideali per l'utilizzo con schede quali Arduino e Raspberry Pi.
