Deep groove ball bearings - Main dimensions according to DIN 625. "All-round bearings" for high radial and low axial loads. Also withstands high speeds. Caged or full complement ball set.

  • Miniature deep groove ball bearings (Series 6, MR) - Special deep groove ball bearings in small dimensions. Usable in case of high radial and low axial loads. Suitable for extremely high speeds. Quiet.
  • Single row (Series 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 16) - Favourable "all-round bearing". Versatile.
  • Double row (Series 42, 43) - Considerably higher load carrying capacity than single row bearings at a slightly greater width.
  • With a flanged outer ring (F) - For simplified locating bores in which the bearing is supposed to be axially fixed.
  • With slot and snap ring (NR) - Suitable for the form-fitting axial fixing of the bearing in a bore.
  • Ball bearings made of bearing steel - Extremely economical, withstand high load-ratings, wear-resistant, shock-resistant, conductive and magnetic. Suitable for temperatures from circa -10°C up to +120°C, in case of plastic seals up to circa +100°C in the long run.
  • Internal clearance - A standard internal clearance (CN) is suitable for the operation of the bearing in case of ordinary temperatures and for customary fits. An increased internal clearance (C3) is recommendable in case of high temperature gradients between the rings or in case of fixing the bearing through a press fit.
  • Seals - Plastic seals (RS/2RS) have the optimum sealing action with increased friction. Metal seals (Z/ZZ) are suitable for higher speeds, but they have a limited sealing action as they seal contactless. Open, seal-less bearings are suitable for extremely high speeds and they can be regreased more easily.
